On Thursday, August 1, 2019, Sgt. David Wylie of the Mississippi National Guard shared his appreciation and support for the work that the Holmes County Career and Technical Center does for the students and adults of our community. On behalf of the MS National Guard, Sgt. Wylie brought Welcome Back supplies and resources for the Career Tech Staff to use as part of their Positive Behavior Interventions and Support (PBIS) initiative for students. Sgt. Wylie serves as an advisory committee member with the Career Tech Guidance Counselor, Ms. RaShunda Archer. While visiting the HCCTC staff, Sgt. Wylie also met with the Technical Program instructors and offered his services throughout the 2019-2020 school year to assist students with career planning.
