Holmes County Consolidated School District students traveled to Northeast Community College to compete in the state science fair April 5, 2019. With hundreds of students in attendance from across Mississippi, our students represented well!
Williams-Sullivan Elementary 4th grade student Kelby Wade placed 4th in Organic Chemistry in Class 1.
High School student Justin Smith placed 2nd in Plant Sciences in Class 5.
Isaac Randel, also from the high school, placed 3rd in Engineering Science in Class 5.
This is the first time HCCSD students earned ribbons on the state level in more than a decade. Great job team!
