Healthy Meal Planning Part 2
As Ms. Nappier's 2nd Year Healthcare Clinical Service students continue their study of nutrition, students spent the morning at the MSU Extension Demonstration Kitchen (Holmes County) with Ms. Jacqueline Harmon (EFNEP Nutrition Educator).
Ms. Harmon conducted an interactive workshop with the students on the importance of knowing your ingredients, following recipes and how critical it is to measure when baking. The students prepared Banana Muffins. Hopefully, students will carry nutritional recipes like today's recipe back and share with their families and community.
